I bought a full fare ticket two weeks in advance, only to be bumped because of an oversold situation. They took my money, sold me a seat, and then did not deliver the product. Somehow this is my fault? NEVER again will these rude chumps get a dime from me or anyone I work with or even know! I know they will be bankrupt again.
