I fly Delta from time to time, and haven't noticed any problems, though. I mean, one time I got bumped from a Delta flight because I didn't check in the prescribed 30 minutes ahead of time, even though I made it to the gate before the flight left. (They gave my seat to a standby passenger.) I didn't really see that as being their fault, though, and I was put on the next flight at no extra charge. I'm pretty easy going, though, and just kinda roll along with delays (bring a book), lack of blankets (bring a jacket), and overpriced food (bring a sandwich).
