I love when this company uses the word accommodate. I have been waiting for my flight at Orlando and they change it on me when I am sitting here and dont tell me. They say they have accommodated me to another flight leaving 6 hours later. I have a child to pick up a long time beofre that. Why does delta use the word accommodate me when it doesnt at all. This company is a damn joke. This isnt the first time things like this have happened with them and me. They accommodate themselves only. Want to know why my flight was changed becuase the crew needed a break. That is BS Why do I pay so much for a ticket to pay these people. I will never fly with this company again. Half assed service. The best part is contacting them through there Delta Direct Line I waited 20 minutes before they picked up. They call it direct. Iam just so ticked right now. I just can’t believe the service I have recieved.
