All I wanted was a receipt from a flight I took with Delta.  After waiting on three phone calls for over an hour, and being disconnected twice, I was finally informed that I would have to submit a written request and $20 before the records department would even consider sending me a copy.  A billion dollar airline that can’t even do what the corner gas station can?  Get real!
