As an ex-Delta employee, I have free travel benefits ( the only benefits !), however, I buy tickets on Southwest for domestic travel and British Airways for International travel. It's worth the money to not be exposed to the indifference, arrogance, and incompetence, that abounds in ALL areas of this dispicable company. They can merge with everyone on the planet, and it will just be a matter of time till they once again implode and are bankrupt. There are so many better alternatives, where they value your business.
