Holiday Bummer

Ha! Delta has had my luggage for over a week and it has been misrouted twice. Their online tracking system has not been updated in over five days. I have tried repeatedly over the last few days to get through on their 1-800 number, but without luck because it’s always busy (i try calling 15-20 times at each sitting). Now, I’m afraid if they do deliver to where I’m staying, it will be after I’ve already returned home.
On a personal note, because of this I have been without any clothes, cosmetics, and some holiday gifts over Christmas and what looks to be for New Year’s too. Not to mention this two weeks is my biggest holiday of the entire year.
I will be complaining to the Department of Transportation.
Better luck to you all in non-Delta related travels, because obviously none of us will ever use them again.
