Hi folks,

I decided after the most horrific flight of my life that I would never fly delta again no matter how cheap. I am a medical doctor based in Nigeria. I was flying from Atlanta to Lagos on an 11 hour flight. You would expect to be well fed, entertained as you go through that really long dull flight. Unfortunately, we were served only 1 meal 30 mins after take off and a small snack 30 minutes before landing. Well what did I do to deserve this I ask? Maybe it’s not that bad, I’ll try hold off my hunger with the glass of water they served every 2-3 hours. Maybe watch a movie as I usually do on BA or Emirates. But guess what? 1 movie…they played just 1 movie for 90 minutes….after the the only entertainment I had was reading how many more miles I had to my destination.

I was so appalled I had to call the Delta Office in Atlanta on arriving. But guess what, They said they were only responsible for transporting me and not for my entertainment nor feeding…well…I guess I’m flying with the flights that entertain and feed now. Bye Delta you just lost one customer.
