Too many bad stories to cover…
Delta lost me as a $15K per year Medallion flyer over a few doallars. Most important of all… they simply didn’t care. I got a patronizing apology from someone named Melanie in customer service… kind of like saying “I’m sorry” and then giving you the finger. Northwest wasn’t like that.
One word… Southwest.
