Truly Delta lies. They advertise heavily that they have a right price promise and IF you find a ticket cheaper on line they will give you a XX dollar voucher plus pay the difference. BullSh$%. Had a clear cut case of this and they drug thier feet for weeks –ignored my requests. Then ultimately said they could not verify my claim (no doubt becaue the offer form ORBITZ) had long since fallen off or been updates. I am appauled at the blatant lies from this publically traded company. I quit flying Delta and fly about 25,000 miles annually and had been a loyal (10 yr patron) Delta has lost it – sell the stock if you have it. Worthless future with those clowns. No one cares–you can’t get any response. I wish the fed. govt would investigate them.
