Change Penalty Fraud

We purchased two round trip tickets from Ft. Myers,Fl to Cleveland, Ohio in February, 2010. We were going to Cleveland March 31 and returning to Fort Myers on April 8. Due to a severe medical emergency we had to leave for Cleveland March 21 on the first flight out of Ft. Myers (Delta did not have any flights available). The flight to Cleveland cost over $1,000 (one way) since only first class tickets were available on Continental. I just talked to Delta about using the return flight tickets we had already purchased for Cleveland to Fort Myers. I was told that thre was a $200/ticket change penalty even though we were not changing any aspect of the return flight!! Checked USA 3000 and both of can fly non-stop for $200!!
What does this $200 change fee even cover – what is it for? Just another reason to steal money from the public.
This outright robbery!!! Delta is a thieving organization!!
I nor any of my family or business employees will ever use Delta or any of there affiliates again!!
