I am happy to have a choice of airlines when traveling and what I experienced yesterday in Atlanta, is WHY I will not be chosing Delta anytime soon. A total of 7 departure gates and 2 terminals.

1.) Gate C44 printed on ticket.
2.) C44
3.) C18
4.) C33
5.) D01 “Nice… I’m in the wrong terminal”
6.) D14 “This coming from a Delta agent”
7.) D13 “OK… I’m looking across the isle and happen to see my destination on the screen”

All during this time they’re announcing how you should be at the gate 30 minutes before departure. If these are the kind of mistakes you make on the ground, I don’t even want to know what happens in the air.
