Using skymiles is hard and they do everything to make it hard and costly. try to book a family with one person (or 2) with skymiles and get everything on the same page…. was told that I would be reimbursed money and miles within 72 hours; it never happened and after being on hold for 40 minutes= Sorry, that is not possible. AND hung up on me.
