Please try calling this its halarious. I have been trying to contact someone at delta for a refund since 2/11/2010 its not march 14th.

My last trip I had with delta Airlines was very disappointing from start to finish.

Problems:
• Flight 6731 on 2/7/2010 was delayed over 4 hours due to a mechanical malfunction with navigation system, which caused me to miss my connecting flight.
• When I arrived in Dallas/fort worth Texas they misplaced my luggage. The following morning my luggage still had not yet arrived and I was forced into buying clothes for my business meeting.
• Return Trip from Dallas to Atlanta flight 1920 on 2/11/2010 Flight was canceled due to mechanical malfunction once again. It then took Delta employees 4 hours to remove baggage from plane and transport it to the baggage claim in the airport terminal.
• Delta rescheduled me to fly out on Saturday, but upon arrival at airport on Saturday the flight was canceled which in turn Delta reschedule me for Sunday night which is 3 days past my departure date. It then had to have you refund my ticket, which equated to $179 when the flight cost 815.00 which is far from adequate compensation.
• I then had to pay an additional $1500.00 dollars for a one way flight with another Airline in order to get home because I had time sensitive issues that could not be put off until Monday.

Moral of the story I would walk a cross the country with a broken leg before I flew delta
