Delta — Number 1 Most Complained About Airline

Yahoo Travel shows Delta to be the most complained about airline.
“Delta dropped the ball this past year. One DOT official attributes the airline’s most-complained-about status to its merger with Northwest. Regardless, Delta has some work to do: it was the worst offender in nearly all categories, especially flight problems, reservations, and baggage. The airline’s response? Complaints are handled, said a spokesperson, “on a case-by-case basis in the order they are received.””

the worst in the world by far I have ever flown. 3 flights out of my 4 flight leg was delayed. 2nd flight 10hrs!! 3rd flight 2hrs and last flight 4hrs stuck on the plane!! Staff are rude on the ground and cabin crew could not give a shit about anything but getting off again!
If someone offered me a free flight on delta i would refuse it! never ever again..
