I can’t believe this. First they delayed my flight from Chicago to Atlanta, missing my connection for Buenos Aires. Finally got to Atlanta, managed to work with a CSR who had no interest in helping me (and insufficient training, as she struggled to find the codes for the airports!) to get a flight via Sao Paulo.

Now, they announced that that flight has been delayed by 3 hours, so I have already missed my new connection in SP for Argentina. At the moment, I’m planning on arriving in BA tomorrow at 5pm, but don’t trust Delta at all.

The worst thing? They don’t seem to care. I’m traveling Business class…. not an apology, not even trying to help by looking at alternatives.

Never, ever, ever flying with Delta again. They should close down and get people to work for McDonalds.
