My daughter flew out of BWI to Atlanta on the first let of a trip to Sao Paolo Brazil on Delta. Two days later, she’s still stranded in the US, now hoping to get a flight out of Dallas on American. Delta just screwed this up from all directions, in all possible ways, and they simply don’t care.

I had problems with Delta before–particularly flying through JFK, an abysmal airport. But this tops everything I’ve ever experienced or even imagined.
