I recently flew with Delta and after I checked my bag and paid the fee, they searched my bag at some point. Everything was all turned upside down and they had taken the top off a couple of cosmetic items I had packed and when I got to my destination it had spilled all over my clothes.
I have been trying to call for 2 days now to ask what this happened, but the recording keeps saying the are very busy with high call volume and to try the call agan later.
This is pathetic — Delta thinks so little of their customers that they do not even make a customer service rep available to discuss or resolve customer issues or problems.
I WILL NEVER GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO FLY WITH DELTA AGAIN — there are other options.
