Delta airlines is the most ruthless company I have ever had to deal with. When I called them to ask about a ticket policy, they gave me incorrect information that later lead to my losing $1000. They were completely uninterested that my loss was due to misinformation doled out by their employee. I was then treated with extreme disrepsect on many occasions, most notably when an employee told me that, about my claim, we’d have to “agree to disagree.” Furthermore, they claimed that I had taken a trip and been to a country I have never stepped foot in, thereby proving a healthy propensity for lies and misinformation. I will never fly Delta again
