Delta really sucks: Nightmare trip to South Africa

First email sent to Delta on July 1st:
To be more specific, the problem was that the flight on the 21st from Accra, Ghana to Johannesburg, South Africa changed at the end of April, but Delta never informed me of this change.
To make it even worse, in the stop over in New York (on the 20th of June), a person in the Delta counter gave me a boarding pass/ticket confirming that my flight on the following day was leaving at 9:30am. Nevertheless, when I arrived in Ghana they informed me that the flight had changed more than 20 days ago and that it would leave at 9:30 PM!!.
Conclusion: Delta and Expedia never informed me of this flight change, despite it had changed more than 20 days before!! (Air Namibia claims they informed this change to Delta in Ghana).
Consequences:
-Spent 14 hours in the airport of Ghana
-Spent 50 hs travelling (from STL to Polokwane, South Africa which was my last destination)
-Spent 450 USD in a hotel in JOhannesburg, which I never used because my flight arrived the following day (couldn’t get a refund because cancellation was done less than 24hs in advance)
-Paid 20 USD to get a transit visa to be able to stay in the airport for 14hs
-Spent 60 USD in a taxi to the bus station the following day to catch a bus to Polokwane to
be at a football match the following day (I had arranged transportation with friends, but lost it due to the time the flight arrived)
-Spent 30 USD in a bus ticket, which took me 6 hours to get to Polokwane on the 22nd
-Spent more than 80 USD in food, internet and phone in my 14hs in Ghana
Total cost: 640 USD + 2 days of no sleep + frustration for the problems caused and no response from Delta nor Expedia!!
2nd email sent to delta and still no response:
It’s been already 8 days since i wrote this email and I still haven’t received a response, This is totally in line with your service during my trip.
To make matters even worse, on my way back to St Louis, my bag was delayed 1 full day!!
You’ve accomplished the record of being totally incompetent and having a service level that is pathetic.
Is someone going to respond to my claim or are you simply waiting for me to destroy you in the social media world? (i can guarantee i’m an expert in that field).
