i arrive at Tampa with my stuff and go to the self service kiosk, its packed becasue 2 out of the 4 machines are working. so after and 1 hour wait there i go to my plane which is 30 minutes late getting there then 30 minutes late leaving. I had a connection from Detroit to Saginaw bay city. So i arrive in Detroit and they make a clear announcement to let the people off with connections. NOBODY freaking listened so now i have 10 mins to make a 2 mile run to my next gate.(if you know Detroit its huge) i have to run from terminal to terminal. instead of waiting 5 extra minutes knowing they had people on the way they shut the gate door so i get there plane still at the gate and they wouldn’t let me on. so i have to go to rebooking and then i wait 1:45 minutes until the next flight. the end, not so fast my connection back was 1 hour late leaving. the APU would not work if your familiar with airplanes the APU runs the air and starts the engines, so in case of a engine failure in the sky no APU =your fu*$ed. so I get to Detroit and yet again a mad dash from terminal to terminal and i miss my flight another 1 hour wait. Delta airlines really needs to clean their act up. My uncle fly’s for delta and has for 30+ years and is a captain flying international flights just to make a decent wage because delta cried and said we’ll go under if you don’t take a cut so instead of a 1 million dollar pension they now received a 90,000 pension and were told to lump it. This is bullshit. delta is horrible…….DONT FLY WITH THEM!!!
